Accedo and Digiflare merge to create a world’s leading video experience company

Accedo and Digiflare announce its merger

Accedo and Digiflare has merged aimed at create the world’s leading video experience company. They share a similar history. The first one was founded in 2004 by Michael Lantz and Fredrik Andersson, and Toronto-based Digiflare was founded in 2008 by David George and Mano Kulasingam. Both companies have grown rapidly in the delivery of video experiences using innovative solutions and products. Collectively, they have helped build immersive video app experiences for hundreds of companies.

Michael Lantz will be CEO of the merged company, which will remain under the Accedo brand, while Fredrik Andersson, David George and Mano Kulasingam will all take on senior leadership positions within the merged organisation.
