BFE expands relationship with Magna in Asia Pacific

BFE signs another international reseller for their KSC product line

With Magna Systems & Engineering, broadcast systems integrator BFE has signed another international reseller for their KSC product line. Magna will promote, sell and support BFE’s broadcast control and monitoring systems into Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Singapore.

Magna, with its headquarters in Chatswood, Sydney, is in its fifth decade as a distributor of broadcast television equipment in Asia Pacific.

For KSC, Magna will be responsible for sales activities as well as pre-configuration, commissioning, installation and integration of all solutions. Magna staff will also train operators, engineers, operations and maintenance technicians in the use of KSC solutions.

“Magna is a very reputable company in APAC and has strong ties with the regional broadcasters”, says Berend Blokzijl, Senior Sales Manager responsible for KSC at BFE. “Magna prides themselves in delivering not only broadcast products and solutions, but also in taking care of local implementation and support. We are delighted to extend our partner network for KSC in the APAC Region with such a well-known company as Magna.”

Magna Systems & Engineering Group GM David Blackett said, “In our opinion, BFE has the very best broadcast control systems and panels. By partnering with them we can now offer the Asia Pacific market something our clients in the region have been asking us for a long time – a very real and credible option and alternative in the area of broadcast control systems. BFE develops comprehensive solutions in broadcasting and media technology and their core competence is the planning and implementation of studio systems, broadcasting vehicles, and technical media solutions. As a result, they are a perfect complement to Magna’s product range and working ethos and we are delighted to have them as a partner.”
