GatesAir acquires ONEtastic

Onetastic S.r.l (ONEtastic), Italian provider of television and digital radio transmission systems, has been purchased by GatesAir, a portfolio company of The Gores Group. The company will maintain the entire ONEtastic staff and its Brescia facility, and the ONEtastic CEO, Luca Saleri, will be appointed General Manager of GatesAir S.r.l.

ONEtastic is specialized in providing television, digital radio and RF systems to the broadcast, telecom, scientific and government verticals. According to GatesAir, its strength in high-efficiency, low-power TV and DAB radio transmitted complements its range of transmission solutions. In addition, the agreement will also help GatesAir to increase its presence and visibility in Europe.
