NBA’s Washington Wizards uses ChyronHego Coach Paint during its pregrame prep
The Washington Wizards basketball team has deployed the Coach Paint telestration tool of ChyronHego throughout the 2018-19 season of the NBA league. The solution had helped coaches to communicate key coaching points during pregrame video presentations to the players. According to the company, Coach Paint is used by leagues and sports teams to teach advanced concepts, simulate game situations and reinforce correct technique.
Jimmy Bradshaw, video coordinator at Washington Wizards, explains how the software is helping the team: “Using ChyronHego’s Coach Paint, our staff can quickly and easily enhance video to demonstrate and reinforce coaching points. The tool is simple and intuitive, making it easy to use familiar visual effects to help players understand key concepts going into a game. It has become an integral part of our pregame routine.”
