Ateliere and AWS sign SCA for 5 years collaboration

Ateliere Creative Technologies, developer of cloud-native solutions for the media supply chain, has entered into a five-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This momentous collaboration aims to redefine the landscape of media production and distribution by introducing cloud-based solutions that span the entire business-to-business (B2B) supply chain, from initial content capture to final delivery to consumers. The SCA is set to drive the development of new products and features, accelerate the adoption of Ateliere’s platform among customers, and bolster marketing and awareness initiatives with substantial support and funding from AWS.

“Ateliere’s platform, natively built on AWS, already employs a vast array of AWS services, powering our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings,” said Ryan Kido, CTO of Ateliere Creative Technologies. “This move marks a significant step in Ateliere’s journey as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member, demonstrating AWS’s commitment to Ateliere’s vision and belief in our potential for significant impact in the media and entertainment industry.”

As a long-standing member of the APN, Ateliere occupies a unique position in the AWS Marketplace within the Media Management category, offering its cloud-native platform, Ateliere Connect™. This platform is designed to orchestrate the media content supply chain efficiently, providing centralized management, automation, and delivery while minimizing storage costs and fostering global collaboration. Users can expect to reduce long-term storage expenses by more than 75%, decrease quality control time and costs, and increase profit margins by accelerating time to market.

Ateliere Connect serves as a prime example of the innovative solutions resulting from the collaboration with AWS. Additionally, Ateliere has consistently been an active participant in Beta programs for new AWS services, as well as established ones like Amazon Aurora Serverless v2, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Services (Amazon EKS), and Mountpoint for Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), all of which contribute to its technological prowess.

As both companies stated, customers of Ateliere are poised to benefit significantly from this collaboration. They will gain access to an expanded array of features and services, expedited product delivery, and comprehensive solutions that span the entire journey from ‘camera to consumer.’ Joint marketing endeavors and increased financial support for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot projects further solidify the customer-centric approach of this collaboration.
