Arri acquires Clay Paky and deepens into the entertainment and stage industries

Arri has announced the acquisition Clay Paky from the previous company Osram. The first company has assured that with this purchase they access to the entertainment and stage industries.

Clay Paky will remain as an organization with its brand, its setup and structure of staff and locations.
