Barix will bring its new Silence Monitor to 2019 NAB Show

Audio over IP manufacturer Barix will present its new solution at the 2019 NAB Show (Abril 6-11, Las Vegas). Silence Monitor is an analog-input radio monitoring device that monitors audio streams 24/7, provides quality assurance and sends real-time alert (via email or SMS) when detects an outage or silence.

Silence Monitor also offers an optional LTE 4G/3G/NB-IoT transmission for RF out-of-band connectivity and it captures and sends a 10-second pre-alarm audio clip that users can use to analyze the error cause. Furthermore, Silence Monitors includes access to a cloud-based management portal (with a web-based interface) that provides information about the status of the network and transmission.
