The BBC covers the World Athletics Championships with teams in Oregon and in the dock10 studios

From July 15 until the 24th of the same month, BBC is showcasing live coverage of the World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon. The British TV broadcasting company is working at dock10 studios in Salford and the Hayward Field at the University of Oregon.

The BBC’s team of commentators and experts includes Steve Cram, Michael Johnson, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Paula Radcliffe, Denise Lewis, Colin Jackson, and Steve Backley. The BBC is delivering coverage and every session will also be available on BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website and app. The best of the action will run on a highlights programme on BBC Two. The BBC Sport website will also feature video clips, reports, and analysis.

The World Athletics Championships have showcased the greatest athletes on Earth since 1983. 2,000 athletes representing more than 200 nations will be realising a lifelong dream of running, jumping, or throwing for glory.
