Dalet develops Flex for Teams as software-as-a-service to facilitate its usage by companies

Dalet recently announced Dalet Flex for Teams. Its media logistics solution is now available as a service (software-as-a-service), managed and operated by Dalet.

The solution is available on a subscription basis through three plans: Essentials, Growth and Advanced. These tools are designed to reduce the cost of access to professional tools for media companies, sports brands and corporate creative teams, thanks to a multi-user architecture that enables economies of scale.

Pre-configured and verified workflows such as “Library Management” and “Multiplatform Content Distribution” facilitate the management of multimedia content files as well as the automatic distribution of content across traditional, digital and social media platforms. In addition, it supports hybrid or remote templates.

Dalet Flex for Teams, which operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS), is built with Dalet’s security focus in mind. Deployment can be done in a day, users simply log in via the web to access Dalet Flex tools and workflows. Pre-configured environments are delivered with ready-to-run workflows such as import/export, review and approval, and distribution.

Auto-scaling and load balancing ensure high availability and resiliency by eliminating the need for customers to deploy their own infrastructure or manage other expenses.

“The launch of Dalet Flex for Teams marks a major milestone in the evolution of Dalet’s product line and our business model,” says Robin Kirchhoffer, senior director of Product Marketing, Dalet. “Over the past three years, we have significantly expanded our customer support resources and shifted our focus to subscription-mode and cloud-native systems. The introduction of our multi-user media logistics solution is the culmination of our efforts to get the capabilities of Dalet Flex into the hands of new users and their teams.”
