Hollyland renews its intercom system with a Pro version of Solidcom C1

Hollyland has introduced the Solidcom C1 Pro. It is the first full-duplex wireless dual-microphone environmental noise cancellation (ENC) intercom system.

It is designed to meet the need to upgrade from the previous model, so it is fully compatible with Solidcom C1. It has ENC technology and Push-to-Talk (PTT) function. It features DECT 6.0 technology, a wideband audio range of 150 Hz to 7 kHz, a LOS range of up to 350 m for 2 to 9 persons and a portable design without a holster.

Hollyland introduces Solidcom C1 Pro, the first ENC intercom headset system. Each headset has TWO microphones: the unidirectional main microphone captures the speaker’s voice range and simultaneously the omnidirectional secondary microphone records 360° background noise levels. Through a process with the ENC algorithm, background noise can be eliminated by up to 20 dB.

In addition to the microphone boom that moves up or down to switch between TALK and MUTE modes, the company has also added PTT functionality for greater operational flexibility. It works similar to a walkie-talkie.

“The Solidcom C1 2022 sets a new benchmark for the wireless intercom market and quickly becomes the best seller in the category. It is a great encouragement to all Hollylanders and inspires us to continuously improve the user experience to the next level,” said Hollyland product manager Chris Zhu. “A few months ago, a production team approached us and asked if we could solve the communication problem of teams of A&V technicians dealing with extremely noisy events. So, here comes Solidcom C1 Pro, and now we’re excited to see how the market will react.”
