Videosys Broadcast Joins MCI’s Wireless Technology Roadshow

In collaboration with MCI and Clear-Com, the company will be present at MCI Roadshow, where it will be showcasing products designed to simplify and enhance wireless camera operations

As part of a five-city tour organised by systems integrator Studio Hamburg MCI GmbH, Videosys Broadcast will be exhibiting its Epsilon 4K base station Camera Control Unit (CCU) to German audiences and visitants.

The MCI Roadshow starts on November 20th, and aims to introduce German IT, AV and broadcast specialists to the latest technology for professional UHD wireless cameras and IP-based intercom.

Videosys’ Epsilon system is designed to simplify the installation of wireless cameras and significantly reduce setup time. During the MCI Roadshow it will be shown in conjunction with Clear-Com’s Eclipse HX digital matrix and Arcadia Central Station, a scalable IP-connected intercom platform that supports over 100 wired and wireless user stations.

Epsilon operates with cameras from all of the main manufacturers including Sony, Panasonic, GVC, ARRI, Hitachi and Ikegami. During the Roadshow, Videosys will present Epsilon with its AEON-CC compact digital COFDM video transmitter with integrated camera control that is designed for high-quality wireless connections. The company will also show a number of new features including ethernet FX9 camera control and wireless transmitter control.

In addition, Videosys will highlight its new, inbuilt transmitter for the Grass Valley LDX98 native single-speed camera.

Sessions are free to attend and will be presented by experts from MCI, Videosys Broadcast and Clear-Com. The program starts at 10am and runs through to 5.30pm. There will be opportunities to get hands-on with the technology and to network with other attendees during the lunch break.
