Solent University implement Quicklink Studio to boost future sport broadcast journalists

Solent University has incorporated Quicklink Studio (ST55), a broadcast solution, into its curriculum to enhance the learning experiences of sports broadcast journalism students.

As educational institution stated, during the recent Solent Sports Day event, Quicklink Studio facilitated seamless integration of reporters from various locations into the live broadcast, providing students with practical skills in remote contribution.

Moreover, according to mannufacturer, the use of this remote production tool enables students to remotely contribute in high quality using a web browser on mobile or laptop devices, eliminating the need for apps or complicated configurations.

The management feature included in the tool simplifies the deployment of invitations and offers intuitive remote management controls for students to pre-screen, control, and manage remote guests.

The incorporation of Quicklink Studio reflects Solent University’s commitment to preparing students for the evolving landscape of film, television, and media production.
