InfoComm América Latina 2026 opens registration for its second edition, taking place from 21 to 23 October in Mexico City

InfoComm Latin America 2026 opens registration for Mexico City edition

InfoComm América Latina 2026 will return to the World Trade Center International Convention and Exhibition Center (CIEC WTC) in Mexico City from October 21 to 23. Industry professionals, buyers, end users, and anyone interested in learning more about the latest technology solutions, trends, products, and services can now register free of charge to secure their place, as the organizers have claimed in a statement.

Produced by AVIXA (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), the event aims to showcase the technology behind immersive experiences designed to captivate visitors in museums, sports venues, and major concerts, while also helping people connect in corporate meeting rooms, university classrooms, and houses of worship.

Following a successful inaugural edition that exceeded organizers’ expectations, the second edition of InfoComm América Latina is expected to attract more than 7,000 attendees to a 4,000-square-meter exhibition floor, where nearly 100 exhibitors will showcase innovations from approximately 120 brands.

“InfoComm América Latina has become the meeting point where global innovation intersects with Latin American opportunities. Our goal is not only to showcase technology, but also to create an environment where professionals can gain knowledge, build partnerships, and access ideas, solutions, and connections that will help drive the growth of their organizations and the industry as a whole”, shares Ana Elisa Benavent, Director of InfoComm América Latina.

2026 Agenda

Networking activities and the educational program will offer a broader range of topics and perspectives through the participation of Latin American and international speakers. They will share their expertise across nearly 50 sessions held over the event’s three days in four dedicated conference rooms located on the mezzanine level of the CIEC WTC.

The program, organized into thematic tracks, will include a new edition of the AVIXA Congress, keynote presentations, site visits to venues that use audiovisual technology, and specialized training sessions delivered by manufacturers. In addition, AVIXA will host an AI Summit featuring a full day of sessions focused on artificial intelligence applications in audiovisual integration, as well as a course and activities designed for professionals interested in earning the CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) credential.

“InfoComm América Latina 2025 established itself as an event of international quality, thanks both to AVIXA’s organization and to the commitment, effort, and investment made by exhibitors to create spaces that matched the design, construction, and visitor experience standards seen at InfoComm in Las Vegas and ISE in Barcelona”, explains Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at AVIXA. “Not only did exhibitors and attendees recognize the quality of InfoComm América Latina, but the International Association of Exhibitions and Events recently honored us with an excellence award for organizing a B2B exhibition that contributes to the growth and visibility of our industry”.

Exhibitors and Demo Rooms

To date, the vast majority of exhibitors that participated in the inaugural edition of InfoComm América Latina have confirmed their participation for 2026. Among the highlights of the second edition is distributor Dextra Electronics, which will occupy a large space in the Olmeca Hall, one of the new areas introduced this year. Dextra Electronics will showcase solutions from manufacturers including Sound United, Harman Luxury, Harman Professional, Bose Professional, Hisense, Netgear, Televic, Vertical Cable, and MW.

Also in Olmeca Hall, AV Tools, another distributor joining the event, will present the latest developments from Electro-Voice and Snap One.

Manufacturers and distributors of audio systems reported strong results from the Demo Rooms at InfoComm América Latina 2025. As a result, attendees in 2026 will have access to nine demo rooms featuring demonstrations and presentations from Bose Professional, L-Acoustics, and Sonos, as well as brands represented by Almacenes Audiovisuales, Audio Video & Control, Inteligos, Ohm Distribution, Representaciones de Audio, and Tecso.
