Saothair Capital Partners, LLC (“Saothair”) announced it has completed the acquisition of GatesAir through a newly-formed affiliate. Its objective is to expand its operations and strength its market positions in over-the-air transmitter and STL systems. Barbara Spicek will continue to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer, as the company has claimed in a statement.

Founded in 1922, GatesAir’s solutions are designed to enable broadcasters to create, transport, and transmit radio and TV content. It is headquartered in Mason, Ohio, with manufacturing facilities in Quincy, Illinois, and Brescia, Italy.
