HDR Image Analyzer, a solution by AJA that offers tools for the analysis of HDR standards –  including HLG, PQ and Rec.2020 – from 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD content in a real time 1RU device, has been updated to its version 1.1

The first free firmware update introduces new monitoring and analysis features:

• A new Web UI
• Remote Desktop support
• UI improvement for HDR/PQ display over DisplayPort
• Automated color space switching over SDI for SDR/PQ/HLG
• Out of gamut MAX warning
• Frame average Light Level (LL) bar
• Vectorscope and TC bypass enhacements

The AJA HDR Image Analyzer, developed in partnership with Colorfront, supports a variety of inputs from camera LOG formats to SDR (REC 709), PQ (ST 2084) and HLG and offers color gamut support for BT.2020 alongside traditional BT.709.
