The Amsterdam RAI convention center is in luck because the organization of IBC has confirmed the return to the in-person edition this 2022. The global fair returns to hold a physical event after two years. There will bring together all the technological developments of the international broadcast industry.
These days, IBC has opened the registration form for anyone who is interested to participate in this next edition to be held from September 9 to 12. The fair will once again offer a face-to-face platform to meet, collaborate, learn and boost business growth.
IBC2022 will feature a dedicated Content Everywhere area, which will include a full program of presentations and panel discussions. The newly built and expanded Hall 5 will showcase emerging technologies for multiplatform distribution, over-the-top (OTT) streaming and content monetization.
This year will also see the inauguration of the Showcase Theatre, where technology providers and thought leaders will present projects included in the Accelerator 2022 Media Innovation Program, with free master classes, panel discussions and demonstrations.
In addition, the fair organizes a two-day paid conference panel that includes speeches, lectures and technical paper sessions.
This year there will also be industry sessions given by IBC owners and interested organizations, an opportunity to get to know the organization’s owners better in the IBC Partnership Pavilion. In addition, the IBC Innovation and Social Impact Awards will be presented.
Michael Crimp, CEO of IBC, said, “IBC 2022 will be an exciting live event that will give all attendees the opportunity to gain valuable insights, share expertise and unlock new opportunities. We have already seen how the return of live events is revitalizing the industry and, at IBC2022, we will enable all our show attendees to get back to doing business in the face-to-face way they love.”
