ENENSYS Technologies, provider of media delivery solutions, has announced a new BaseBand Frame Output for their well-known DVB-S/S2/S2X demodulator, TeamCast Neptune. Thanks to this new feature, the TeamCast Neptune can be integrated into Satellite interception systems.

TeamCast Neptune, according to the company, is built for “advanced” DVB satellite reception supporting all DVB-S2X configurations up to 250 Mbps over the Ethernet port, MPE & GSE de-encapsulation, using its L-Band input with independent LNB controller.

At the heart of satellite communication systems, TeamCast Neptune can be used in any professional TV contribution and distribution system as well as any V-SAT IP data communication. With the ability to reach the Shannon limit, TeamCast Neptune is the “most powerful and versatile professional DVB-S2X receiver on the market”, as stated by ENENSYS Technologies.

“The TeamCast Neptune BaseBand Frame feature was created based on DVB wave form and is compliant with all satellite carriers.” said Christophe Trolet, ENENSYS Director of Satellite Market. “Already successful on broadcast and broadband markets, it is now also the perfect tool for providers looking for security & military applications.”
