MPTS has wrapped up its 2026 edition, welcoming 13,876 visitors. Over two days at the Grand Hall, Olympia London, the event has welcomed 400+ speakers across 9 theatres, according to an official statement.

Last year, MPTS brought 13,000 attendees from 50 countries. For this year, the expectations were similar and the final result has registered even more visitors than what they anticipated.

From 13-14 May 2026, it brought the industry together to explore the latest innovations in production, broadcast and creative technology.

Marking its tenth anniversary, the MPTS 2026 edition was designed to be “the most ambitious yet”. This year, it has featured an expanded footprint across both levels of the Grand Hall, new content areas, and a programme aimed to reflect the latest trends in production and technology.

Additionally, the 2026 line-up included voices from the BBC, Sky, ITV, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, All3Media, Banijay Rights, Little Dot Studios, Ofcom and the Creative Diversity Network, among others.

Across nine theatres, the 2026 programme covered the full breadth of the modern media landscape, from broadcast technology and post-production to the creator economy and artificial intelligence.

Registration for MPTS 2027 opens in December.
