Harmonic has recently announced that TV5MONDE is streaming its channels with Harmonic’s VOS360 cloud SaaS platform. The solution streamlines all stages of the media processing and delivery chain.

TV5MONDE has now support for the DVB-TTML subtitling standard (ETSI EN 303 560) thanks to the platform. They are able to deliver subtitled content for Latin and non-Latin alphabets. In addition to directly streaming to consumers, the VOS360 platform also delivers TV5MONDE’s content to affiliates across the globe, further expanding its reach.
