GatesAir to host AirWatch365 webinar on October 29

GatesAir will host a live GatesAir Connect webinar on Thursday, October 29 at 11 a.m. ET. The session will offer broadcasters an inside look at its AirWatch365 managed service for continuous monitoring, diagnostics and support of over-the-air transmission systems, as the company has claime in a statement.

Led by Brent Whelan, Vice President of Global Services at GatesAir, and members of the AirWatch365 team, the webinar looks forward to demonstrating how broadcasters can strengthen operational visibility, accelerate troubleshooting and improve transmission reliability.

Available globally for TV, FM and DAB/DAB+ radio broadcasters, AirWatch365 combines 24/7/365 remote monitoring and response with advanced analytics and GatesAir’s RF engineering expertise. The service aims to help broadcasters identify developing problems, streamline incident response and maintain reliable operations across individual transmission sites and larger broadcast networks.

The webinar will guide attendees through the AirWatch365 experience, with topics including:

  • How AirWatch365 connects to broadcast transmission sites and infrastructure.
  • Customer onboarding, from initial order to active monitoring.
  • Navigating the AirWatch365 dashboard to monitor transmitter fleets.
  • Using reporting, trending and AI-assisted analysis to turn operational data into actionable insights.

“Broadcasters are managing increasingly complex transmission networks, often with fewer technical resources available to respond when problems arise”, explains Whelan. “AirWatch365 brings continuous monitoring together with the experience of our service specialists to help customers stay ahead of potential issues. This webinar is an opportunity to show broadcasters how the service works, answer their questions and offer a glimpse of where we’re taking AirWatch365 next”.

The session will also explore the AirWatch365 service model and customer experience, including how GatesAir specialists respond to developing transmitter issues. A live Q&A will give attendees the opportunity to engage directly with Whelan and the AirWatch365 team.
