Europe’s National Olympic Committees will send their top athletes to Istanbul for the European Games, which will take place from 16 to 27 June 2027. For the fourth edition of the event, the Istanbul 2027 Organising Committee has selected Grup Mediapro (soon to become Imagina) as its audiovisual production partner, as the group has claimed in a statement.
Imagina, which will continue to operate under the Grup Mediapro name until 31 December 2026, has been appointed as the official host broadcaster. The group will produce and distribute the official international signal of the Games, covering all sports and ceremonies for broadcasters, media outlets and platforms worldwide. The operation will involve multiple live feeds, new technologies and extensive editorial coverage.
